Who Are We?
We are Meghan Dixon and Victoria Myers. We are registered dietitians who came together over our holistic approach to wellness and our shared desire to help others. We feel like our combined experiences and expertise makes Nourishing Minds Nutrition unique and powerful. In our work, we challenge conventional nutrition and societal expectations. We use traditional foods, targeted supplementation and botanical therapies to address your specific needs. In our practice we look at the whole body and we see nutrition as more than just calories. We believe in a lifestyle that is not overshadowed with restrictions, rules, or the idea that we are merely the net worth of our skins.
Welcome to freedom.
Our mission at Nourishing Minds Nutrition is to heal body, mind, and soul with traditional foods and intuitive eating. Our mission is to end the cycle of disordered eating, heal digestion, and restore hormonal harmony. The heart of our practice is to empower you to nourish yourself from the inside out with real foods and self-love. This is our heart because we have seen the other side in our own lives. We have been in your shoes. We have been frustrated with food and dissatisfied with our health. Inspired by our own personal experiences, we want to give others hope and empower them to find true wellness.
Hello! My name is Meg. I am a Texas girl living the dream with my adoring husband- Blake, lazy dog, and two curious rabbits in St. Petersburg, Florida. I am a [whole] foodie, self-proclaimed taco connoisseur and collector of all things vintage.
I believe that nutrition is much more than just calories and macronutrients. Good food nourishes the body and soul. It makes you feel whole and good while bringing people and community together.
I am passionate about restoring that beautiful relationship between body, soul, and food. Our relationship with food should not be painful or confusing- but rather, a continual journey as we pursue wellness. I have both personal and professional experience in areas of disordered eating, digestive health and hormonal regulation.

I have been in love with food as long as I can remember. When I realized that I could turn my love and passion for food into a career, I knew I had found my calling.
My two areas of passion and expertise are intuitive eating and digestive health. I have had my own struggles with yo-yo dieting and IBS for years. After years of dieting, I learned to stop dieting, fix my digestive issues and start living life. I made peace with food and my body, discovered intuitive eating and eating in a way that makes me feel beautiful, radiant and energized. Now I am helping others to do the same!
My husband and I are originally from North Carolina and graduates of Clemson University (Go Tigers!). We call St. Petersburg, FL home now with our fur children, our boykin spaniel, Porter, and cat, Ellie. In my spare time, you can find me cooking, lifting weights and practicing yoga, relaxing at the beach and enjoying our many local breweries with friends.
