Our mission at Nourishing Minds Nutrition is to heal body, mind, and soul with intuitive eating and trusting your body. We are here to support you in your goals to end the cycle of disordered eating, heal digestion, and restore hormonal harmony and do so by combining holistic health practices with intuitive eating through a health at every size lens. The heart of our practice is to empower you to nourish yourself from the inside out with self-love and understanding your own body’s needs. This is our heart because each of us have experienced a similar story. We were inspired by our personal journeys to open this practice and now with years of experience helping women in these needs, we are here to serve you.

Victoria Myers RD/N, LD/N
Owner and Dietitian
I knew I found my calling in life when I could blend my love for food with my love for empowering women to become the best version of themselves. I feel so fortunate to wake up daily and help women love and nourish themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.
I have had my own struggles with binge eating, orthorexia, and yo-yo dieting in the past. After years of disordered eating, I made peace with food and my body, discovered intuitive eating and then used what I learned from this experience to help me heal my own health issues. Experiencing digestive issues from IBS and SIBO for years and hormonal imbalances from experiencing post birth control syndrome all were blessings in disguise because they taught me so much about myself and how to help others heal.
I married my high school sweetheart in 2014 and currently live in St Petersburg, FL with my husband, Nick, and our fur children- our dog, Porter and our cat, Ellie and our now new parents to our daughter, Madelyn. I’m a lover of all things vintage, bohemian decor, owning as many floral dresses as I can, music, crystals, yoga, being a crazy cat lady, good bourbon, chocolate and living at the beach.

Kelsey Pukala RD/N, LD/N
Hi! My name is Kelsey. I’m a non-diet Dietitian living in Orlando, FL with my wonderful husband. I’m passionate about helping women find freedom with food, exercise, their bodies and health. I believe satisfaction and freely enjoying food without guilt is so important, which is why I fully enjoy tacos, peanut butter, chocolate chips and eating cereal out of over-sized coffee mugs.
After struggling with some disordered eating of my own, I felt led to pursue nutrition. My goal is to help you learn how to trust your body, honor your health and embrace the grey between black-and-white thinking. I fully embrace Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size and hope to empower you to make peace with food and your natural body size.
I’m fascinated by the gut microbiome and the digestive system, especially their intersection with disordered eating. I also love walking on the beach, eating meals with friends, a good Bar Method class and slow mornings with plenty of coffee and journaling.
Megan Perez RD/N, LD/N
Hello! I'm Megan, and I am an Ohio native living in sunny South Florida. I absolutely love going on adventures with my husband, eating ice cream, practicing yoga, and going to bed early.
From a young age, I've known my purpose in life involved helping others, however I had no idea the amount of help I would need first. I struggled for several years with disordered eating, body image issues, anxiety, and frustrating digestive distress. I lived most of my life with the belief that my food choices were holding me back from being worthy of love, success, and happiness. After spending what has seemed like an eternity at war with my body and eating behaviors, I finally discovered how to live fully.
I truly believe that you are enough, exactly as you are right now. My goal is for you to reconnect to your body, to eat intuitively, and to practice compassion towards yourself. I have so much empathy for anyone struggling with these issues. Everyday, I grow more and more passionate about empowering women to let go of their perfectionism with food and their bodies, and to start living a life full of love, success, and happiness.
