The Beginner’s Guide is a self paced online course, you have access to all the course material immediately upon purchase, and have lifetime access to the material after purchasing. This means you can go through the course material as quickly or as slowly as you need.

Can i lose weight with this program?

The Beginner’s Guide is an intuitive eating and HAES aligned program, which means we focus on behavior change instead of weight to obtain health. Weight is a neutral concept in this program, but please know you do not have to let go of the desire to lose weight to join.
