I’ve been a dietitian since 2012 and have owned this virtual practice and online business since 2017. I have learned SO much about how to provide excellent services to our clients and run a successful business, and now I want to help dietitians and online business owners experience the success I’ve had!
My focus as a mentor and coach is on supporting intuitive eating based businesses in how to coach clients in the field of disordered eating and body image, how to run a successful (and sustainable) online business, and how to leverage your podcast to gain more clients.

podcast audits
The success of my own business has, hands down, come from my podcast. I’m so excited to offer podcast audits for you if you have already started your podcast but you’re not getting any clients from it, or you want to begin your podcast to increase your client base.
In a podcast audit, I’ll listen to 3-5 podcast episodes and meet with you for 60 minutes to review ways you can improve your podcasting skills to better leverage your show to gain clients.
In the audit I’ll be looking for: cadence, personality, storytelling, evidence to back up your claims, expertise and sales skills.
